Minati is from a poor family that cannot even afford to have two meals per day. When she met the Dayspring International film team, she told the team about how she and her family had often gone hungry. Fragile and weak from a lack of food and the burden of her family, she said she could not even think of dedicating her time to religion.

Then one night Minati had a dream about Jesus. When she awoke, she tried to figure out why He had appeared in her dream. After all, He was not someone she knew from her nominal Hindu religion - just the hero, she thought, from the Life of Christ motion picture she had seen in her village.

The next day, she asked the team members to help her interpret her dream. The team members simply shared the Good News with her and told her that Jesus wanted her to follow Him. Minati confessed her sins and put her faith in Jesus, believing that He was real and living. The team continues to pray that her life situation will improve and that God will provide for her spiritual and physical needs.
