FOUND A FRIEND IN JESUS...

Agai's young life was complicated. His mother died; his stepmother didn't like him. There in the village where his family lived in South India, Agai gradually withdrew from people, from life. The world was a swirl of activity and noise, but Agai retreated into the quiet shell of his own mind.

Then one day, something unusual cut through the mayhem to reach him. Another little boy reported that visitors were coming to his home, and Agai was invited. It was one of our mobile film teams, holding a prayer meeting.

Agai sat silently in the back. He was curious about this "living God" they talked about, whose love was unconditional. After the meeting, he actually stepped up to talk to our team. They responded so warmly, Agai kept talking. He told them about his loneliness, about the love he longed for.
And then, his new friends shocked him with some simple but powerful news:
Their friend Jesus knew exactly what he was going though!
By the time they invited Agai to the next showing of Dayasagar, our Life of Christ film, he was more than ready. To see Jesus on the big screen was amazing to him... and soon he had committed himself to following Christ personally.
Today, this is one very happy 10-year-old! He's like a light to everyone around him!
