We are providing theis privacy policy to inform you of the way your information is collected and used, as well as to make you aware of our security practices.

DAYSPRING INTERNATIONAL PRIVACY NOTICE

Information You Give Us:
The information we gather from partners helps us personalize and improve your experience with Dayspring. Personal information you give us for processing a donation/sponsorship or using one of our personalization features may be stored and is not publicly accessible. Furthermore, it is accessed only by those authorized by Dayspring International. By giving us your personal information, you give us the right to contact you on a periodic basis. Dayspring also provides you with the opportunity to remove your name from our contact list, if you desire to do so.

What Personal Information About Customers Does Dayspring International Gather?
You provide this information when you communicate with us by phone, e-mail, postal mail or otherwise. As a result of those actions, you might supply us with information such as your name, address and phone numbers; credit card information; e-mail address; and financial information. We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for any other purposes.

Does Dayspring International Share the Information it Receives?
Information about our partners is an important part of our ministry. You can be assured that it will be used to support your donor/sponsor relationship. We share donor information only as described below. Dayspring International employees are subject to the Privacy Notice and follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.

• Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include sending postal mail and e-mail, and processing credit card payments. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

• Promotional Offers: Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of Dayspring International partners.

• Protection of Dayspring International and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Dayspring International, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from current donors for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Notice.

• Information Sharing: Occasionally, Dayspring International may share the names of past donors in attempts to engage these former partners in similar ministry or humanitarian endeavors. Dayspring International is reimbursed for the administrative costs necessary to collect and transmit this information.

What if I do not want my information shared?
Donors not wishing to have their information shared may opt-out by simply sending an email to DSI@dayspringinternational.org or calling 757-428-1092.

SECURITY

Dayspring International is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of information, we have established and implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Any and all information collected is accessible only to a small number of trusted Dayspring employees who have been specially trained in processing this information.

Our Privacy Notice and the Conditions of Use might change periodically. You should check our website for recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.
