We are living in the days Jesus described when he said, "Look around you! Vast fields of human souls are ripening all around us, and are ready now for reaping" (John 4:35, LB).

There is no greater work than the harvesting of souls! And the analogy of farming is powerful when compared to evangelism:

You have to plant. The gospel must be seeded into the hearts of the unreached people in India. There has never been a better moment in history for soul winning. Our Life of Christ film indelibly imprints in their hearts images of Christ's love they will never forget. Dayspring partners have helped reach millions with our Life of Christ film in India, but there are still 4,000 unreached people groups.

You have to water the seeds. No seed springs up without nourishment. For us that means church planting and discipleship. How wonderful it is to walk alongside the local church in India, bringing new Christians into a strong spiritual walk. And because new believers cannot be disciples without Christian leaders to guide them, we are also committed to training believers for leadership. Our alliance has already trained over 15,000 Christian workers!

You must cultivate the harvest. In other words, give it thorough, loving attention and that is the Dayspring goal. We pray daily for the Lord of the harvest to send forth laborers (national workers). We use the powerful positive tool of our Life of Christ film and best technology that we can afford. And we work to bring a harvest of tens of millions into the kingdom.
