You and I are witnesses to one of the greatest reformations in all of history in the unlikely sub-continent of India.

For 3,500 years, Hinduism's caste system has enslaved a majority of its people calling them "untouchables." Today, these nearly 300 million are calling themselves by another name - Dalit meaning oppressed or ground down.

These Dalits are now being led by their leaders to publicly renounce Hinduism and look for hope and dignity elsewhere. But where will they go?

The Dalit leaders have pleaded with the Church in India to "come and tell us about your Jesus. Teach us your scriptures." They have privately told Dayspring leaders, "This is our only real hope." A spiritual revolution has begun that will transform that society forever. Millions could turn to newly formed religions like Bhooshati, a religion of mother earth that has 600,000 converts. Islam is training thousands of its own evangelists to lead the Dalits to Islam. Or caste wars could rip the Indian society apart.

The Global Church must answer the plea of the Dalit leaders for help!

The Dalits need a massive embracing of God's love by the Christian church. Most are illiterate and live in poverty. Our movie allows them to see Christ's love in action. They realize that God does not despise them, that they are not sub-human, and that they are loved.

Twenty-nine years ago we would not have believed Dayspring would be at work in the heart of this reformation. But this is our moment to touch lives through the power of God's love.
