Meet Kamala...
|

Kamala was a devout young Hindu mother of two, who was always faithful in her worship rituals. Despite her devotion to many Hindu gods, she felt hopeless and dissatisfied with life.
When our all-Indian acted Life of Christ motion picture came to her village, Kamala eagerly joined the crowd for the free film showing. She was drawn to the Savior — He seemed so full of peace, hope and joy! And yet, she had been a Hindu all her life. How could she abandon her religion? She did not choose to follow Jesus that night ...

But she was relieved to hear a Bible study had begun, where people were learning more about Jesus, and she could attend whether she was a Christian or a Hindu. All were welcome! At the study, the leadership team imparted wisdom from God’s Word and also asked Kamala how they could pray for her. Later they visited her in her home.
Today, Kamala and her whole family are following Jesus, and continue to attend the Bible study for prayer, fellowship and biblical teaching.
